Noralle Increases Investment Team by Launching an Associate Program With its First Two Associates
Noralle, a leading middle high-market private equity fund based in Australia, is pleased to announce that it has hired two associates, Neeraj Prathipati and Shaun Caesar, to join the firm’s investment team. These professionals, the first to join as part of Noralle’s new Associate program, will focus on transaction execution and portfolio company management.

Over the past eighteen months, the firm has hired several seasoned professionals to build out its platform and provide value-added resources to its industry advisors and portfolio management teams.
Our first two associates not only come with strong private equity experience but also with relevant industry sector investment experience. Below is a summary of their backgrounds: Neeraj Prathipati, Associate – Prior to joining Noralle, Mr. Prathipati served as an associate at Frazier Healthcare Partners, a middle-market healthcare private equity fund. During his tenure at Frazier, he was involved in transaction analysis and execution as well as working alongside portfolio companies in the healthcare services space. Before joining Frazier, Mr. Prathipati was an investment banking analyst at MTS Health Partners in New York, where he worked with middle-market healthcare services companies on a variety of corporate finance and merger and acquisition engagements.
Shaun Caesar, Associate – Prior to joining Noralle, Mr. Caesar served as an associate at Goode Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on consumer and retail investments. During his tenure at Goode Partners, he was responsible for transaction execution, financial analysis and portfolio company management. Prior to Goode Partners, Mr. Caesar worked at Wells Fargo Securities in the Consumer and Retail Investment Banking Group in New York, NY, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for a number of middle market, Fortune 500 and private equity clients.
