A NORALLE PERSPECTIVE
Account & Access Support.
The Noralle public website and the authenticated member dashboard are separate environments. This page explains the intended account journey and the steps to consider when something does not work as expected.
Explore the context, the practical considerations and the ideas that shape this part of the Noralle corporate experience.

Know which service you are using.
Research and company information do not require signing in.
The public website includes the firm’s story, investment philosophy, sector research and support materials. Client Login is the gateway to the authenticated experience, where account-specific functions belong. Public pages will not display private balances, portfolio mechanics or account history.
- Public content: company, sectors, education and general support.
- Private content: personal account services after authentication.
- One clear login route accessible from every public page.

If sign-in fails.
Start with the simple checks before seeking further help.
Confirm that you are on the intended service, verify the details you entered and review whether browser autofill is supplying an outdated value. For security, repeated authentication failures may require additional checks in a live system. Never send passwords or one-time security codes to someone claiming to offer support.
- Use only the official client-access route.
- Choose Password Recovery when appropriate.
- Contact support if access remains unavailable.

Password recovery and account protection.
A recovery process should verify the person requesting access.
A production recovery flow would send a time-limited verification step through an approved channel, avoid revealing whether an account exists, and record security-sensitive events. The preview recovery page demonstrates user-facing layout only. No recovery messages are sent, and no credentials are collected for storage.
- Use a strong unique password.
- Protect your recovery email and security factors.
- Do not reuse one-time verification codes.

Support that respects privacy.
Only provide what is necessary to explain the issue.
A support team may need information to identify and assist a legitimate account holder. The amount and type of information should be proportionate to the request, with appropriate access controls. At the design stage, we avoid collecting identity documents or financial credentials through demonstration forms.
- Use the Help Centre for general guidance.
- Select the appropriate account-support category.
- Use the formal feedback route for unresolved concerns.
