Hollow Branch Creek Solar 1 is a utility-scale solar facility developed in partnership with SolarProponent, one of the leading independent power producers in the US renewable sector. The project spans over 3,200 acres of former agricultural land in Madison County, Texas, and generates enough clean electricity to power more than 180,000 homes annually.
Noralle entered the project in 2021 as a capital partner during the construction phase, taking an equity position alongside SolarProponent’s development team. The facility reached full commercial operation in 2023 and now sells power under a 20-year offtake agreement with a regional utility, providing predictable, long-term income to investors. Beyond financial return, the project has created over 400 construction jobs and 40 permanent operations roles in the local community.
